King Kebab House giving thousands of meal vouchers to families impacted by COVID-19
King Kebab House will provide thousands of vouchers to help families and individuals impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in Campbelltown, NSW.
“We know that many people lost their jobs, many businesses got affected and therefore many families and individuals in Campbelltown are currently struggling because of the COVID-19 pandemic. We need to do everything we can to support families and ensure they can put food on the table,” said King Kebab House proprietor Mevlana Cifci. “Our MPs, our Mayor, council officials, healthy workers and volunteers have been working on many new unprecedented efforts as it relates to housing assistance, meals, and small businesses, but we know we too can help.”
King Kebab House’s meal voucher program is distributed through various volunteer organizations.
King Kebab House has sent out its first batch of meal vouchers to Tharawal Aboriginal Corporation.
Campbelltown’s own Dr Mike Freeland MP helped deliver the second batch of meal vouchers to frontline healthcare staff at Campbelltown Hospital.
